Once you submit an enquiry, our team will reach out within 24 hours. A 50% advance is required to secure your slot, with the remaining balance due on the day of the session. Additionally, a security deposit of ₹8,000 is required at the time of booking to cover any potential damages.

Absolutely! We encourage new clients to schedule an in-person walkthrough before their first booking. This helps us understand your vision and ensures you select the right sets and package. Just mention it in your enquiry.

Absolutely — you're welcome to bring your own props, furniture, plants, and any styling elements. We only ask that fragile items are handled with care, and major furniture moves are discussed with our team in advance.

Yes! Furniture can be rearranged, backdrops swapped, and props adjusted to suit your moodboard. We also offer a Custom Set Styling add-on where our team will pre-style a set to your references before your session begins.

Our studio comfortably accommodates teams of up to 12–15 people across the space, including crew, talent, and brand team. For larger productions, please let us know in advance.

Yes, we have dedicated parking adjacent to the studio. We can share directions and parking guidance upon booking confirmation. If there are more than 7 cars, we will provide valet parking.

Lights are available with all bookings. Camera is available on request — please let us know in advance if you require camera equipment so we can arrange accordingly.

The podcast studio is equipped with Relacart Podcast Mic PM2, 250 Watt Digitek Lights, a 65cm Octa, and studio monitors. All equipment is set up and ready for you.

Yes. We have multiple power outlets, lighting mounts, and connectivity ports. HDMI, USB-C, and XLR connectivity is available. Please inform our team in advance if you require specific rigging or technical setups.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before your session receive a full refund. Cancellations made 72 hours prior receive a 30% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted once at no extra charge if requested at least 72 hours in advance.

Light refreshments are allowed in the lounge and break areas. We kindly ask that food and beverages are kept away from set areas and equipment to prevent accidental spills or staining.

Yes — the studio is fully licensed for commercial production, including ad films, brand campaigns, OTT content, and editorial features. No additional licensing fees apply. Please declare the nature of your production during the booking process.
